Job summary

Aquent seeks a detail-oriented Creative Production & Brand Specialist to lead the visual and editorial migration of core organizational assets. Qualifications

• 4+ years in creative production, marketing operations, document design, or a similar production-heavy role.
• Advanced skills in Word, Excel, and PowerPoint, with deep experience building reusable styles, custom masters, and template setups.
• Proficient in Adobe InDesign and Acrobat Pro; familiarity with Illustrator and Photoshop.
• Strong editorial eye with ability to adapt messaging to brand guidelines and maintain consistency.
• Experience managing high-volume file updates and deadlines using Asana and SharePoint.
• Clear, proactive communication and ability to work autonomously in a remote environment.
• Experience in financial services or a regulated industry is highly preferred.

Responsibilities

• Brand & Asset Modernization: Redesign and rebrand documents across Microsoft Office and Adobe Creative Cloud with updated palettes, typography, layouts, and logos (.eps, .svg, .png, .jpg).
• Document & PDF Design: Configure, format, and optimize interactive PDF forms and complex layouts in Adobe Acrobat Pro.
• Editorial & Compliance Alignment: Edit copy to align with refreshed brand voice while embedding required disclosures and regulatory statements.
• Workflow & File Governance: Maintain version control, folder organization, and file naming in SharePoint and track progress in Asana.
• Cross-Functional Collaboration: Partner with brand managers and stakeholders to source assets and route deliverables through approvals.
• Process Standardization: Identify document patterns to establish scalable, standardized template frameworks for future use.
