Jobgether is seeking a talented Brand Designer to craft engaging assets for campaigns across social media, websites, email, display, and motion formats. You will support production tasks, updates, translations, and asset resizing while upholding brand guidelines.

With 1+ year experience and a strong portfolio, you will collaborate with a remote team from Canada, using Figma and Adobe Creative Suite, and explore AI tools to boost productivity and creative quality.

Qualifications

• 1+ year of experience in brand/graphic/marketing design in fintech/tech or consumer sectors.
• Bachelor's degree in Design or equivalent.
• Portfolio demonstrating visual creativity and brand system thinking.
• Proficiency in Figma and Adobe Creative Suite; familiarity with email builders and AI tools Flora, Weavy, Midjourney.
• Basic motion design understanding: timing, easing, transitions, animation systems.
• Ability to manage multiple projects and meet deadlines in a fast-paced environment.
• Strong written and verbal communication; collaborative and receptive to feedback.
• Curiosity and enthusiasm for emerging tech and new workflows.

Responsibilities

• Design and produce engaging creative assets for brand campaigns across social, web, email, display, and motion formats.
• Support production design tasks: adaptations, copy updates, translations, and asset resizing.
• Ensure deliverables meet high standards of quality, accuracy, consistency, and specs.
• Maintain brand identity by applying visual guidelines across customer touchpoints.
• Monitor brand design and motion trends to keep communications fresh.
• Explore AI tools and design systems to improve productivity and output.
• Test new tools and processes to improve design quality and scale production.
• Share knowledge and collaborate with the team.
