Job summary

BJAK is seeking a Senior Brand Designer / Creative Leader to own the company’s visual identity and campaigns for the United States market. This remote role requires strong English communication and a track record of brand storytelling across digital, social, and offline channels.

You will lead a small multidisciplinary team, set high standards for design quality, and collaborate with growth and product to ensure visuals align with strategic goals while staying fast and scalable.

Qualifications

• 4–6 years of experience in visual design or brand leadership.
• Strong portfolio showing visual storytelling across channels.
• Deep understanding of branding systems and digital content strategy.
• Proven experience leading creative teams and setting quality standards.
• Proficiency in Adobe Creative Suite, Figma, and Canva.
• Excellent project management and stakeholder communication.
• Experience building or localizing brands in fintech/e‑commerce is a plus.
• Based in United States and able to work remotely.
