Job summary

Phantom is seeking a Head of Brand Creative to steward our visual identity and storytelling across GTM campaigns, social, partnerships, and more. You will lead a talented team of brand and motion designers to deliver consistent, original work that differentiates us in crypto and consumer finance spaces.

You will set the creative design vision, mentor designers, and partner with marketing, product, and leadership to align brand initiatives with business goals.

Qualifications

• 10+ years of experience in brand design and at least 3 of those years leading creative teams.
• Bonus points if in consumer finance, fintech, crypto or consumer tech.
• A strong portfolio demonstrating brand-building, campaign execution, and cross-channel design.
• Proven experience managing and scaling high-performing creative teams.

Responsibilities

• Define and evolve our brand's creative design strategy and standards.
• Manage, mentor, and grow a team of brand designers, fostering creativity and collaboration.
• Oversee the creative development and production of campaigns, product launches, brand activations, and content across digital, social, and offline channels.
• Build and enforce brand guidelines, ensuring alignment across product, marketing, and communications.
• Partner with marketing, product, comms, and leadership to align brand creative with business objectives.
• Bring fresh ideas and cultural relevance to build trust and make crypto approachable to a mainstream audience.
• Use feedback, insights, and performance data to refine creative strategies and deliver impact at scale.
