Job summary

Kazaar Fragrances is seeking a Brand & Creative Designer on a freelance, 100% remote basis. You'll be part of a small design team, focusing on our main brand with room to support others. The role demands expert Figma skills, strong English, and comfort working asynchronously across CET),

You'll craft ad creative, static/animated graphics, and UIs while collaborating with founders. Expect fast-paced periods around launches and steady workflow otherwise, with performance-based compensation.

Qualifications

• Must-have: Expert-level Figma skills and experience using AI tools for image generation/editing.
• Fluent to native-level English; CET-style collaboration as working language.
• Based in Europe with right to work as a freelancer/self-employed professional.
• Proficient in Adobe Photoshop/Illustrator/After Effects.

Responsibilities

• Design ad creative and motion design for paid social accounts.
• Create static and animated graphics and day-to-day newsletters/email design.
• Support web/UI/UX optimization and packaging design.
• Develop social media content and campaigns.
• Collaborate with Design Lead and Marketing Lead; balance autonomy with feedback.
