Job summary

Globaltize is a fast-growing international recruitment company seeking a Content & Creative Strategist to grow our brand across social media, email, video, and digital channels. The role focuses on creative ideas, engaging copy, and consistent branding across platforms.

You will plan, write, edit, and manage compelling content for LinkedIn, Instagram, TikTok, YouTube, and email campaigns, collaborating with designers and editors to bring concepts to life. Fully remote, with growth opportunities.

Qualifications

• 3+ years in content marketing, social media management, or a similar role
• Strong copywriting and storytelling abilities
• Experience creating content across multiple platforms (LinkedIn, Instagram, TikTok, YouTube)
• Ability to turn ideas into engaging social posts, carousels, and short videos
• Familiarity with visual branding and simple design feedback

Responsibilities

• Plan, create, and manage content across Globaltize's social channels
• Develop and maintain a social media content calendar
• Write compelling posts, captions, hooks, and email campaigns
• Brainstorm campaigns and creative angles to grow brand awareness
• Collaborate with designers and video editors to produce visuals and videos
• Develop short-form video concepts and scripts for reels and shorts
• Repurpose existing content across channels to maximize reach
• Improve website copy and landing page content as needed
• Coordinate with SEO on blog topics to support organic traffic
• Monitor engagement and audience growth to optimize performance
• Engage with online audience through comments and community interactions
