You will work with a professional team to deliver reliable financial data for diverse clients. Ideal candidates have at least two years of bookkeeping experience, proficiency in QuickBooks and Xero, and strong communication skills.

Qualifications

• Minimum of 2 years of experience as a bookkeeper or in a similar role.
• Proficient in QuickBooks, Xero, and MS Office.
• Strong understanding of accounting principles and financial statements.
• Bachelor's degree in accounting or related field preferred but not required.
• Professional certifications (e.g., Certified Bookkeeper) are a plus.

Responsibilities

• Record financial transactions accurately and efficiently using accounting software.
• Manage accounts payable and accounts receivable functions.
• Prepare bank reconciliations and ensure accuracy of financial data.
• Generate financial reports and assist with month-end and year-end closing activities.
• Assist with payroll processing and related tax filings.
• Maintain accurate and up-to-date records of financial transactions.
• Collaborate with the accounting team to ensure compliance with accounting principles and regulations.
• Provide exceptional customer service to clients and address inquiries professionally.
