Job summary

Creative Financial Staffing, LLC is seeking a Bookkeeper/Account Manager to handle full-cycle bookkeeping and act as the main contact for client portfolios. The role blends hands-on GL work with onboarding calls, regular check-ins, and financial advisory sessions.

Required: QBO ProAdvisor certification (or during onboarding), prior bookkeeping experience, and strong communication skills to support client growth and accurate financial reporting.

Qualifications

Responsibilities

• Record monthly transactions and reconcile bank and credit card accounts.
• Lead onboarding calls and regular check-ins with client accounts.
• Prepare monthly financial packages and maintain client process docs.
• Manage client passwords securely and track W-9/1099 compliance.
• Translate technical accounting queries into clear guidance for clients.
• Execute annual cleanup tasks and tailor projects within deadlines.
• Coordinate with internal teams to share client feedback and improve service.
