Qualifications

• Five years of claims management experience or equivalent.
• In-depth knowledge of personal and commercial auto policies and laws.
• State adjusting licenses as required.

Responsibilities

• Review reports and forms; respond to inquiries and resolve issues.
• Handle high-end cases with serious injuries and complex coverage.
• Coordinate with clients and counsel; monitor local counsel performance.
• Identify subrogation opportunities and settlements.
• Participate in mediations, trials, or hearings as needed.
