Responsibilities

• Reviews and responds to inquiries; seeks legal opinion and early resolution.
• Handles high end cases with serious injuries and/or complex coverage scenarios.
• Responds to decisions, court orders; creates action plan and coordinate examinations.
• Identifies issues and formulates defense strategy.
