Sedgwick is seeking a Claims Examiner - Bodily Injury to analyze and process complex auto and commercial transportation bodily injury claims. You will review coverage, conduct investigations, determine liability, and evaluate damages, ensuring timely resolution per client requirements and industry practices.

The ideal candidate has five years in claims management, strong communication, and licensing as required.

Qualifikationen

• Five years of claims management experience or equivalent combination of education and experience.
• Bachelor's degree preferred.
• Strong oral and written communication, including presentation skills.
• PC literate including Microsoft Office products; ability to work in a team environment.
• State adjusting licenses as required for the position.

Aufgaben

• Processes complex auto, commercial, and personal line bodily injury claims; ensures files are documented and coded correctly.
• Responsible for litigation process on litigated claims.
• Coordinates vendor management, including independent adjusters for investigations.
• Reports large claims to excess carriers.
• Develops action plans to meet state deadlines and move files toward resolution.
• Identifies and pursues subrogation and risk transfer opportunities; handles salvage.
