Sedgwick is seeking a claims professional to analyze complex auto bodily injury and commercial transport claims. You will review coverage, investigate liability, and evaluate damages, working to resolve within client expectations and regulatory requirements.

Qualifications

• Five years of claims management experience or equivalent.
• Bachelor’s degree preferred; professional certifications as applicable.
• Strong communication skills; proficient in MS Office; team oriented.

Responsibilities

• Processes complex auto, commercial, and personal line claims with proper documentation.
• Manages litigation on litigated claims.
• Coordinates with independent adjusters and manages vendor interactions.
• Reports large claims to excess carriers and maintains timely contact deadlines.
• Develops action plans to move files toward prompt resolution and pursues subrogation opportunities.
• Communicates claim actions with insured, clients, and brokers; supports quality programs.
