Job description

Autumn ABA -

Autumn ABA is seeking experienced and qualified BCBAs to take on full caseload clients in NJ. We prioritize a strong work ethic to ensure quality and offer competitive rates.

As a BCBA at Autumn ABA, your responsibilities will include conducting assessments, developing individualized treatment plans using VB-MAPP and other assessment tools, and working closely with clients and technicians to ensure the delivery of quality services. You will also provide ongoing training and supervision to support the professional growth of our team members while maintaining a beautiful atmosphere that values work-life balance.

Responsibilities :
  • Conduct comprehensive assessments and Functional Behavior Assessments (FBAs)
  • Develop and implement individualized treatment plans using VB-MAPP
  • Work closely with clients and technicians to ensure quality services and treatment fidelity
  • Provide ongoing training and supervision to support the professional growth of team members
  • Collaborate effectively with colleagues and external professionals to optimize client outcomes
  • Any other duties as delegated by the Clinical Director.
