Compensation & Benefits :

  • Competitive Salary : $70,000 - $90,000, based on experience, plus performance-based bonuses.

Role Overview :

We are looking for passionate BCBAs to join our growing team and make a real impact in the lives of children with autism in Utah. Your role will include :

  • Performing functional behavior assessments (FBAs) and developing tailored treatment plans.
  • Providing direct ABA therapy to children in home and community environments.
  • Supervising and mentoring RBTs, ABATs, BCATs, and Behavior Technicians to ensure effective treatment plan implementation.
  • Working closely with families, schools, and other professionals to provide holistic care.
  • Collecting and analyzing data to monitor client progress and adjust treatment plans accordingly.
  • Engaging in team meetings and ongoing professional development to continue your growth in the field.

Qualifications :

  • BCBA Certification is required.
  • Prior experience working with children with autism or developmental disabilities preferred.
  • Experience as an ABAT, RBT, or Behavior Technician is required.
  • Experience as an Assistant Analyst is a plus.
  • Strong communication and teamwork skills.
  • Ability to work effectively in a collaborative environment.
  • Ability to speak spanish fluently is required!
