Civitas Health Services, Inc. is seeking dedicated and qualified individuals to join our team as Remote BCBA/BCaBA professionals.

Position: Remote BCBA/BCaBA

Location: 100% Remote (Anywhere in Virginia)

Sign On Bonus: $2000

Salary Range:

  • BCaBA: $62,250 - $80,846 (commensurate with experience)
  • BCBA: $82,450 - $102,820 (commensurate with experience)

Minimum Qualifications:

  • BCBA or BCaBA Certification
  • LBA/LABA License by the State of Virginia Department of Health Professions Board of Medicine

Job Duties:

  • Supervise and mentor: Provide remote supervision to our team of Registered Behavioral Technicians, helping them grow and excel in their roles.
  • Assessment expertise: Conduct Functional Behavioral Assessments and Learning Needs Assessments in various settings, including center, home, school, and community.
  • Develop individualized behavior-change programs tailored to each client's goals.
  • Facilitate training and development for Registered Behavior Technicians.
  • Analyze data to inform treatment decisions and improve outcomes.
  • Coordinate care with internal and external providers.
  • Conduct clinical supervision to maintain high standards of care.
  • Maintain open communication with care teams, parents, and guardians through weekly updates.
  • Ensure compliance with legal and privacy standards in record-keeping.
