What to Expect (Job Responsibilities):
- Provide clinical oversight to clients to drive compliance and retention for optimal outcomes
- Train, manage, and retain a team of Behavior Technicians
- Engage parents in ABA therapy by delivering 1 hour of parent engagement per month for all clients
- Develop child-specific behavior plans following ABA therapy principles
- Lead and maintain staff by orienting and training team members while ensuring job expectations are met

What is Required (Qualifications):
- Master's degree or higher from an accredited university in accordance with BACB guidelines
- Completion of an 8-hour supervision course or willingness to complete within the first 30 days of employment
- BCBA certification from the BACB, in good standing
- Active state license, in good standing, when applicable
- 1+ years of experience working with children and autism spectrum disorders

How to Stand Out (Preferred Qualifications):
- Previous supervision experience in a clinical setting
- Crisis management experience
