Job summary

Amgen is seeking a Manufacturing Maintenance Technician to perform routine and preventive maintenance on equipment used to produce therapies that improve patients’ lives. You will follow SOPs, safety protocols, and complete documentation while supporting changeovers and troubleshooting across shifts.

Ideal candidates will have an Associate’s degree with 2 years of maintenance experience or equivalent hands-on training, and strong electrical/mechanical skills with the ability to read schematics

Qualifications

• Associate’s degree and 2 years of Maintenance experience.
• Or 2 years in a technical school setting with hands-on experience.
• Or High school diploma / GED and 4 years of Maintenance experience.

Responsibilities

• Perform routine and preventive maintenance on equipment per SOPs and safety protocols.
• Assist with equipment setup, disassembly, and changeover activities.
• Follow cGMPs, SOPs, and established safety procedures; complete required documentation under supervision.
• Generate and complete work orders for maintenance tasks.
