Job summary

You will partner with Medical Affairs and cross-functional teams to develop publication strategies and deliver rigorous analyses supporting real-world evidence.

Qualifications

• PhD (Statistics/Biostatistics) with 8+ years in pharma/biotech, or MS with 15+ years.
• Experience in post-approval and/or Medical Affairs settings.
• Strong statistical methodology and regulatory knowledge.
• Established publication record and experience in scientific communications.
• Excellent analytical, problem-solving, communication and cross-functional collaboration skills.
• Proficiency in statistical programming (R/SAS) and publishing-ready figures.

Responsibilities

• Lead statistical analysis and programming for publications, congresses, and external collaborations.
• Provide statistical guidance for investigator-initiated research and collaborative studies.
• Support publication planning, Supplemental SAP development, and exploratory analyses.
• Advise Medical Affairs on analytical feasibility for research questions.
• Serve as primary statistical contact for Medical Affairs with cross-functional teams.
• Support HEOR and real-world evidence initiatives.
