You will collaborate with Data Science and Bioinformatics teams in an agile environment, contributing to modernization and performance improvements in our systems.

The role offers 100% remote work within the United States and requires a foundational background in full stack development, PHP, Laravel, and MySQL, with a focus on quality

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree or equivalent experience.
• 1+ years of relevant experience.
• Proficiency with modern software development practices and tools (CI/CD, version control, testing).
• Experience with PHP, Laravel, MySQL.
• Familiarity with agile methodologies.
• Test-driven development mindset and experience writing tests.
• Excellent communication with technical and non-technical stakeholders.

Responsibilities

• Design, implement, and maintain software applications.
• Ensure user requirements and performance standards are met.
• Deploy and manage applications for scalability and reliability.
• Participate in agile workflows, including sprint planning, daily stand-ups, and retrospectives.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure seamless integration and delivery.
• Write unit, integration, and end-to-end tests; conduct peer code reviews.
