Job summary

Piper Companies is seeking a BIM Coordinator to support a leading engineering, construction, and design services organization. The BIM Coordinator will be responsible for multidisciplinary model coordination, clash detection, BIM standards compliance, and collaboration across project teams.

This contract role may be remote with frequent travel to Atlanta, GA, and spans six months with likelihood to extend. Ideal candidates will have 3+ years of BIM coordination experience and strong Autodesk

Qualifications

• 3+ years of BIM coordination experience.
• Strong understanding of construction processes and multidisciplinary coordination.
• Proficiency with Autodesk Revit, Navisworks, and Autodesk Construction Cloud.
• Experience with Common Data Environments (CDE) and BIM standards (ISO 19650) preferred.

Responsibilities

• Coordinate multidisciplinary BIM models and project workflows.
• Set up and maintain linked models and project modeling environments.
• Perform clash detection and coordinate resolution of design conflicts.
• Verify model consistency, completeness, and LOIN requirements.
• Monitor adherence to BIM standards, protocols, and modeling conventions.
• Facilitate BIM coordination meetings and communicate project updates.
• Collaborate with project stakeholders to resolve spatial coordination issues.
• Manage and maintain BIM models throughout the project lifecycle.
