Job summary

Blackfield Associates seeks an experienced BIM Coordinator for a major pharmaceutical capital project in Colorado. You will coordinate and integrate multi-disciplinary BIM models, lead coordination meetings, and ensure clash-free delivery from design through construction.

Responsibilities include managing federated models, validating BEP compliance, and supporting digital construction workflows with VDC tools and project controls. Colorado-based, contract/permanent role.

Qualifications

• Proven experience as BIM Coordinator on large-scale construction projects.
• Strong ability to coordinate multi-disciplinary BIM models and teams.
• Excellent communication and meeting facilitation skills.

Responsibilities

• Coordinate BIM deliverables across architectural, structural, mechanical, electrical, plumbing and process systems.
• Lead BIM coordination meetings with stakeholders, consultants, subcontractors and client reps.
• Manage integration of multiple models into a federated project model.
• Review models for compliance with BEPs, standards and client requirements.
• Perform clash detection and resolution using industry tools.
• Track and close coordination issues identified during reviews.
• Maintain model integrity and facilitate seamless design to construction handover.
• Generate BIM reports and status updates for project leadership.
