Job summary

Kuresmart is seeking a Billing Specialist to support complete revenue collection by accurately coding and entering patient and charge data. You will track high-dollar claims from entry to payment and resolve complex carrier issues in a remote role.

Applicants must reside in MD, DE, VA, NJ, PA, FL, AL, GA, SC or TX and have at least five years of related experience, strong MS Office skills, and CPT/ICD-10 knowledge. Excellent communication and HIPAA compliance are essential.

Qualifications

• High School Diploma or equivalent with 5+ years related experience.
• MS Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Outlook proficiency.

Responsibilities

• Review and resolve payer denials and appeals; ensure medical necessity.
• Assist auditor with notes for medical necessity.
• Resolve authorization issues with complex procedures.
