Responsibilities

• Prepare and submit clean claims to insurance companies electronically or by paper.
• Analyze and correct first pass rejected claims for accuracy.
• Research and perform all claim status follow up activities.
• Review and process all claim appeals with complete documentation.
• Research and recommend account adjustments and/or write-offs to management.
• Support store associates with demographic and authorization data for claims.
• Identify and report billing discrepancies to resolve trends.
• Generate and submit monthly patient balance statements.
