Remote Bilingual Vietnamese Call Center Rep

We are seeking a dedicated and customer-focused Member Services Representative to serve as the primary point of contact for members regarding their health plan benefits.

The role is responsible for addressing inquiries related to eligibility, referrals, claims, and other plan services, while ensuring a high level of satisfaction through professional and empathetic communication.

Responsibilities:
  • Respond to member inquiries via phone, email, and other channels regarding benefits, eligibility, referrals, and claims.
  • Provide accurate information and resolve concerns in a timely and courteous manner.
  • Maintain a professional demeanor and demonstrate a willingness to assist members at all times.
  • Document interactions and update member records in the system.
  • Collaborate with internal departments to ensure member needs are met efficiently.
  • Uphold confidentiality and comply with HIPAA and organizational standards.
Requirements:
  • Minimum of 2 years of experience in a call center or customer service environment.
  • Bilingual proficiency in one of the following languages: Cantonese, Mandarin, Vietnamese, Korean, or Spanish.
  • Prior experience in a health plan or healthcare setting is preferred.
  • Strong communication, problem-solving, and conflict resolution skills.
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team in a fast-paced environment.
Pay and Benefits:

The pay range for this position is $21.00 - $21.00/hr.
