We are hiring in all 50 states to provide services for clients in California and offer reimbursement for California licensure!

The Remote Occupational Therapist will provide occupational therapy services via telehealth. Responsibilities include assessing patient needs, developing treatment plans, and delivering interventions to promote improved functional abilities and independence.

Responsibilities:

1. Assessments: Conduct evaluations of patients' physical, cognitive, and emotional functioning.
2. Treatment Planning: Develop individualized treatment plans based on assessments.
3. Intervention: Provide remote occupational therapy, including exercises and activities.
4. Education: Educate patients and caregivers on techniques to enhance independence.
5. Documentation: Keep accurate patient records, including progress notes and treatment plans.
6. Compliance: Follow ethical and legal standards, including HIPAA.
7. Technology: Use telehealth platforms effectively for sessions.
8. Continuing Education: Stay updated with latest occupational therapy developments.

Compensation:

• 1099 Bilingual: $60 for 60-minute evaluations; $30 for 30-minute sessions
• 1099 Non-Bilingual: $56 for evaluations; $28 for sessions
• W2: $43-$56 per hour, based on experience and qualifications

*Licensure reimbursement after 90 days or 145 hours of work (approx. 12 hours/week)

Minimum Requirements:

• Master's degree or higher in Occupational Therapy
• Active CA State Occupational Therapy License or eligibility to obtain one
• Experience in clinical or school settings or successful clinical interview
• Proficiency with teletherapy platforms
• Comfort working with pediatrics (18 months+)
