Teleperformance is seeking a Customer Support Specialist to serve as the primary contact for clients, handling inbound and outbound communications with professionalism. You will use a suite of web-based tools to resolve inquiries and ensure a seamless, positive customer experience in a fast-paced environment.

A work-from-home setup is required: a dedicated workspace, wired internet (min 15 Mbps down/10 Mbps up), and a quiet environment.

Competenze

• Comfortable with desktop computer systems and Windows-based software.

Overview As a Customer Support Specialist, you will serve as a primary point of contact for our clients, managing inbound and outbound communications with professional excellence.
