Frontline Group is hiring for a remote Bilingual (Spanish/English) Customer Service Representative. You will support individuals by connecting them to emergency shelter and resources from your home, helping make a critical impact.

This is a full-time, temporary role with an orientation on October 15, 2026, and a pay rate of $15.00/hour for bilingual Spanish speakers. Qualified candidates will have fluent bilingual skills, prior call center or customer service experience, and reliable attendance
