Job summary

Smart Start, Inc. is seeking a Sales Program Advisor to drive revenue growth and expand our customer base across the nation. This fully remote role focuses on managing customer calls to promote and sell Interlock products while ensuring exceptional service and client satisfaction.

The ideal candidate has sales experience, a strong emphasis on customer care, and bilingual proficiency in English and Spanish. Comprehensive training and a robust health plan will be provided, along with performance-based pay and benefits.

Qualifications

• Minimum of 6 months of relevant experience in sales or customer service.
• Strong verbal and written communication skills with a professional demeanor.
• Familiarity with CRM software and ability to multitask.

Responsibilities

• Engage inbound and outbound callers using a consultative sales approach.
• Provide accurate product information and resolve client concerns.
• Identify and pursue new sales opportunities through referrals and cold calling.
• Build and maintain strong relationships with clients.
