Job summary

TeamHealth, in a remote setting, seeks Telephone Triage RNs to provide expert nursing care via phone. You’ll assess symptoms, educate patients, and route them to the appropriate level of care, working remotely with flexible shifts.

Ideal candidates hold a multi-state RN license, have 2+ years of RN experience, and are bilingual in English and Spanish. Training is provided; equipment is supplied; opportunities exist for bilingual incentives.

Qualifications

• Current multi-state RN license with no restrictions.
• 2+ years of RN clinical experience.
• Proficient with computers; minimum 25 wpm typing.

Responsibilities

• Assess symptoms using physician-developed clinical algorithms over the phone.
• Deliver health education and guide patients to appropriate care.
• Assist in getting patients to home care, an office visit, or emergency room as needed.
• Consult with physicians as needed.
