Qualifications

• Advanced fluency in English and Russian.
• Bachelor's degree in a research/analytics field.
• Knowledgeable of research best practices and methodologies.
• Experience using research and analysis to support decision-making processes.
• Strong attention to detail and organizational skills.
• Experience successfully collaborating with others, especially across functions.
• Able to work autonomously and produce high-quality work with minimal direction.
• Demonstrated ability to prioritize in a dynamic and fast-paced environment.
• Ability and willingness to work in a remote environment.

Responsibilities

• Review and analyze potential sanctions hits while maintaining compliance requirements.
• Use problem-solving and analytical skills to identify potential business partners and customers.
• Make decisions in a timely manner despite incomplete or ambiguous information.
• Maintain the confidentiality of all information obtained during the research process.
• Maintain and update databases.
• Monitor global sanctions and economic news.
• Utilize open-source research tools.
