Soliant is seeking a Remote Bilingual Occupational Therapist to provide virtual school-based services to students across Arizona. The role requires a bilingual Spanish/English candidate, an active Arizona OT license, and comfort delivering therapy through a telehealth platform.

The position is a 1099 independent contractor with a flat hourly rate of $47–$53, paid weekly. Caseloads and assignments are determined by school needs; scheduling generally follows the typical school calendar with

Qualifications

• Must hold a current Arizona occupational therapy license or eligible credential.
• Bilingual Spanish and English proficiency required.
• Minimum 2 years of school-based experience preferred.
• Comfort delivering services virtually via telehealth.
• Strong collaboration with onsite staff, families and educational teams.
• Reliable internet and technology for remote service delivery.

Responsabilités

• Provide occupational therapy services virtually to students in a school-based setting.
• Complete evaluations, assessments, documentation, and other services within the scope of the role.
• Collaborate with onsite school staff, families, and other members of the educational team.
• Participate in meetings and support student educational planning as needed.
• Maintain accurate and timely documentation.
• Build strong working relationships with students and onsite faculty while providing services virtually.
