Job summary

Phoenix is seeking a remote bilingual Nurse Practitioner to join our telehealth team. You will deliver asynchronous care, review patient histories, and determine candidacy for treatment with licensed providers.

As part of a multidisciplinary team, you will refine clinical workflows, collaborate with product and engineering, and help launch new protocols. Applicants must be bilingual in French and English and licensed with the OIIQ, with licensure flexibility across provinces.

Qualifications

• Bilingual in French and English required.
• Registered in good standing with the OIIQ, with eligibility for licensure in other provinces.
• Technologically proficient with digital care platforms.
• Excellent communicator in a fast-paced, collaborative environment.

Responsibilities

• Deliver remote virtual care with impact by reviewing patient histories and assessing candidacy for treatment.
• Issue prescriptions when appropriate and communicate with patients via secure messaging.
• Collaborate with onsite multidisciplinary team to optimize clinical workflows and care delivery.
• Improve patient and provider experience by partnering with Customer Experience, Product, and Engineering.
• Contribute clinical expertise to new product launches and protocol development.
