Serves members by being an advocate and point of contact for member questions and concerns regarding benefits, eligibility, referrals, claims and any other aspects of plan benefits and services. Ensures member satisfaction by providing superior customer service and willingness to help at all times while maintaining a professional demeanor.

Additional Skills & Qualifications

  • Call Center - 2+ years
  • Bilingual in a MUST
  • Health plan experience preferred

Training and Hours of Operation

  • Training - 7 weeks M-F, 8am-4pm PST (10/13/25)
  • Hours of Operation: 6am-8pm, PST weekend rotation & some holiday's required

Pay and Benefits

The pay range for this position is $21.00 - $21.00/hr. Eligibility requirements apply to some benefits and may depend on your job classification and length of employment. Benefits are subject to change and may be subject to specific elections, plan, or program terms. If eligible, the benefits available for this temporary role may include the following:
