A leading technology services provider is seeking a fully remote Customer Service Advocate. This role involves serving members by addressing questions and concerns regarding their benefits, ensuring satisfaction through superior service. Candidates must have a strong call center background, be bilingual, and preferably have health plan experience.

Serves members by being an advocate and point of contact for member questions and concerns regarding benefits, eligibility, referrals, claims and any other aspects of plan benefits and services. Ensures member satisfaction by providing superior customer service and willingness to help at all times while maintaining a professional demeanor.

Training - 7 weeks M-F, 8am-4pm PST (10/13/25)
Hours of Operation: 6am-8pm, PST weekend rotation & some holiday's required

Pay and Benefits
The pay range for this position is $21.00 - $21.00/hr.
