What to Expect (Job Responsibilities):
- Handle inbound and outbound customer contacts professionally and courteously
- Ensure first call resolution through effective problem-solving and call handling
- Accurately document and process customer claims in the appropriate systems
- Utilize training and knowledge base to answer customer inquiries while adhering to scripts and policies
- Escalate customer issues to appropriate staff for resolution as needed
What is Required (Qualifications):
- Must be 18 years of age or older
- High school diploma or equivalent
- Fluency in both English and Spanish
- Excellent organizational, written, and oral communication skills
- Basic knowledge of Microsoft Office Suite and Windows operating system
How to Stand Out (Preferred Qualifications):
- One (1) year of experience in customer service, technical support, or inside sales in a contact center environment
- State or Federal work experience
