Base pay range

$15.00/hr - $15.00/hr

In person training required the first 90 days of employment.

Hourly Compensation: $15.00 + Bonus + Benefits

Key Responsibilities
  • Verify clients' Medicaid coverage.
  • Initiate contact with parents/guardians to introduce services.
  • Coordinate referrals and assessments with the Intake Supervisor.
  • Enter client data accurately into Microsoft Access Database and eCR.
  • Handle clerical duties such as filing referrals, copying intake packets, and processing mail.
  • Manage high call volumes, assisting referral sources and clients.
  • Maintain accurate records, respond to inquiries within 24 hours, and ensure compliance with policies.
  • Work effectively with diverse populations, demonstrating empathy and professionalism.
Qualifications
  • High School diploma or GED.
  • Strong computer and data entry skills.
  • Excellent organizational and time management skills.
  • Previous administrative experience preferred.
  • Ability to work independently remotely.
  • Pass criminal background checks and maintain a valid driver’s license with appropriate insurance and a safe driving record.
