Talkspace is seeking a part-time, bilingual contract Therapist (Independent Contract Provider) to reach individuals needing mental healthcare. You will work remotely across states (excluding NC, MA, MI, VT) with flexible scheduling and Talkspace handling billing and admin tasks.

Applicants must hold an independent license in their state, carry malpractice insurance, have an NPI, and be comfortable with online tools and a reliable internet connection.

Qualifications

• Current license to practice independently in your state(s) of licensure.
• Individual professional malpractice liability insurance policy.
• Individual NPI number.
• Comfortable learning new online tools and technology.
• Reliable internet connection and video-capable device.

Responsibilities

• Treat clients remotely in your state(s) of licensure on the secure Talkspace platform.
• Conduct client sessions using video, audio, and live messaging services.
• Respond to asynchronous client messages each week, in a timely manner.
• Complete your required clinical documentation after each client session.
• Provide therapy services in English and one or more additional languages.
