Remote Bilingual Call Center Rep Summary: We are seeking a dedicated and customer-focused Member Services Representative to serve as the primary point of contact for members regarding their health plan benefits. This role is responsible for addressing inquiries related to eligibility, referrals, claims, and other plan services, while ensuring a high level of satisfaction through professional and empathetic communication.

Remote Bilingual Call Center Rep Responsibilities:

  • Respond to member inquiries via phone, email, and other channels regarding benefits, eligibility, referrals, and claims.
  • Provide accurate information and resolve concerns in a timely and courteous manner.
  • Maintain a professional demeanor and demonstrate a willingness to assist members at all times.
  • Document interactions and update member records in the system.
  • Collaborate with internal departments to ensure member needs are met efficiently.
  • Uphold confidentiality and comply with HIPAA and organizational standards.

Remote Bilingual Call Center Rep Language Requirements:

Candidates must be bilingual in at least one of the following languages:

  • Cantonese
  • Mandarin
  • Vietnamese
  • Korean
  • Spanish

Pay and Benefits

The pay range for this position is $21.00 - $21.00/hr.
