Job description

Remote Bilingual Call Center Registered Nurse

The purpose of the Bilingual Call Center Registered Nurse is to provide and document clinical call center services for patients. The role will also provide education and support to patients related to the product and the self-injection technique for the product. The Bilingual Call Center Registered Nurse will follow all processes and call scripts established by the manufacturer for the program in order to meet all regulatory requirements. Acts as liaison between healthcare providers, patients, and patient care advocates to answer clinical questions as designated in the product label.

Responsibilities include:

1. Providing education on the product and self-administration techniques according to manufacturer call scripts and guidelines.
2. Receiving inbound and making outbound calls to patients.
3. Supporting patients through injection training and setting proper treatment expectations.
4. Providing education and training to healthcare providers as designated.
5. Documenting all activities within the program database.
6. Performing other tasks as necessary.

Requirements include:

• Active, unencumbered RN license in the state of residence (compact accepted).
• BSN or RN degree.
• At least 2 years of nursing experience and 3 years of clinical experience.
• Computer literacy and good keyboard skills; knowledge of Microsoft Word is a plus.
