Job summary

YO IT Consulting is seeking seasoned BigLaw lawyers for a remote contract role. You will conduct comprehensive analyses on diverse US law topics, perform in-depth legal research, and draft and edit memoranda, opinions, and contracts.

Qualifications

Active license to practice law in the United States.
Experience in top US law firms.
Strong legal analysis, research, and drafting across a range of subjects.
Exceptional written and verbal communication skills for review of legal content.

Responsibilities

Conduct comprehensive legal analysis on a variety of US law topics.
Perform in-depth legal research to support project objectives and ensure current information is used.
Draft, review, and edit legal content including memoranda, opinions, contracts, and other documents.
Assess and provide structured feedback on legal texts for clarity and accuracy.
Collaborate remotely with multidisciplinary teams to refine deliverables.
