Job summary
Hudson Manpower Inc. is seeking an experienced Reports & Visualization Developer with 10+ years of BI, reporting, and data visualization expertise.
The role focuses on building modern reports and dashboards, migrating Tableau to Looker, and creating a universal semantic layer using AI-enabled tools. Ideal candidates will have strong hands-on experience with Tableau, Looker, Python, Claude Code, and modern BI technologies to support data pipelines, databases, and charts.
Qualifications
- 10+ years of experience in reporting, BI, data visualization.
- Hands-on experience with Tableau.
- Looker experience mandatory.
- Experience building reports, dashboards, and data visualizations.
- Experience with Claude Code for data pipelines, visualization, databases, and charts.
- Strong Python skills.
- Knowledge of modern BI and reporting technologies.
- Strong understanding of data visualization and dashboard development.
Responsibilities
- Build and maintain reports and interactive dashboards.
- Retrofit, modernize, and migrate reports and dashboards from Tableau to Looker.
- Develop and maintain a universal semantic layer.
- Leverage AI capabilities within reporting and BI tools.
- Use Claude Code to build dashboards.
- Work with data pipelines, databases, visualizations, and charts.
- Develop data-driven reporting solutions using Python and BI technologies.
- Support modernization of existing reporting and visualization solutions.
