Job summary

HudsonManpower is seeking an experienced Business Intelligence Developer (Tableau and Looker) with 10+ years of BI, reporting and data visualization expertise. The role focuses on building modern reports and dashboards and migrating dashboards from Tableau to Looker, plus creating a universal semantic layer and leveraging AI capabilities.

Candidates will work 100% remotely in the United States, with W2 employment and US work authorization.

Qualifications

• 10+ years of experience in reporting, BI, data visualization or related areas.
• Strong hands-on experience with Tableau.
• Looker experience is mandatory.
• Experience building reports, dashboards and data visualizations.
• Experience with Claude Code for data pipelines, visualization, databases and charts.
• Strong Python skills.
• Knowledge of modern BI and reporting technologies.
• Strong understanding of data visualization and dashboard development.

The role will focus on building modern reports and dashboards, as well as retrofitting, modernizing, and migrating existing reports and dashboards from Tableau to Looker. The position will also involve creating a universal semantic layer and leveraging modern AI capabilities within reporting and visualization tools. The ideal candidate will have strong hands‑on experience with Tableau, Looker, Python, and modern BI technologies, along with experience using AI‑powered development solutions such as Claude Code to support dashboard development, data pipelines, visualizations, databases, and charts.
