Job summary

Danone North America Medical Nutrition is seeking a Finance Analyst, BI/FP&A to transform financial and operational data into actionable insights for strategic decision-making. You will partner with Finance, Sales, and Supply Chain to build scalable reporting solutions and automate processes, driving performance through data-driven insights.

The role focuses on Power BI development, data governance, and continuous improvement of reporting and planning.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Finance, Accounting, or related field.
• 2–5 years of FP&A, Finance, BI, or Data Analytics experience.
• Experience developing Power BI dashboards and financial reporting.
• Experience with ERP systems (SAP & Pigment) and large datasets.

Responsibilities

• Support BI/FP&A reporting, automate processes and improve accuracy.
• Design, develop, and maintain Power BI dashboards and reports.
• Create data models using Power Query, DAX, and SQL data sources.
• Collaborate with IT and business teams on data quality and governance.
• Develop KPI scorecards and performance dashboards.
• Assist in financial planning, monthly close, and management reporting.
