Job summary

Danone North America, Nutricia + Kate Farms BI/FP&A analyst in White Plains, NY, will transform financial and operational data into insights to support decision-making, building scalable reporting and automation.

The role partners with Finance, Sales, Supply Chain and Commercial teams to develop Power BI dashboards, data models, KPI scorecards, and standardized reports, ensuring data accuracy and a single source of truth.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Finance, Accounting, Business Analytics, Economics, Information Systems, or related field.
• CPA, CFA, MBA, or equivalent certification considered an asset.
• 2-5 years of experience in FP&A, Finance, BI, or Data Analytics.
• Experience developing Power BI dashboards and financial reporting solutions.
• Experience working with ERP systems (SAP & Pigment preferred) and large complex datasets.

Responsibilities

• Assist in managing FP&A ERP system (Pigment) and ensure reliability and accuracy while building new reporting structures, cubes & functionalities.
• Design, develop, and maintain Power BI dashboards and self-service reporting solutions.
• Create data models using Power Query, DAX, and SQL-based data sources.
• Automate recurring reporting processes to reduce manual effort and improve accuracy.
• Develop standardized KPI scorecards and performance dashboards.
• Analyze large datasets to identify trends, risks, and opportunities.
• Build financial and operational reports supporting decision-making across the organization.
