Location: Remote - Eastern Time Zone

Position Overview

We are seeking a skilled Business Intelligence Developer for a 6-7 month contract. The candidate will design, develop, and maintain BI solutions to enhance data-driven decision-making, working with various data sources, implementing ETL processes, and creating visualizations using Power BI.

Key Responsibilities

• Design and develop BI solutions using Power BI and other visualization tools
• Implement ETL processes to extract, transform, and load data into the data warehouse
• Integrate APIs to gather data from external systems
• Write and optimize SQL queries for data retrieval and manipulation
• Collaborate with stakeholders to understand reporting needs
• Maintain and optimize data workflows and databases
• Troubleshoot and resolve data issues promptly

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, IT, or related field
• Proven BI Developer experience
• Strong Power BI skills
• Experience with ETL tools and processes
• API integration and data sourcing knowledge
• Proficiency in SQL and data warehouse concepts
• Knowledge of tools like Informatica, Skyvia, Tableau, SSIS is a plus
• Understanding of relational databases and data manipulation
• Familiarity with Python or R is advantageous
