Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree required.
• 5+ years of technical data analysis experience.
• 3+ years of SQL, SAS, or Databricks experience.
• 5+ years advanced knowledge of Excel (Power Pivot, complex formulas, summarizing data).
• 2+ years assessing complex data sets and performing root cause analysis.
• US citizen required.

Responsibilities

• Analyze data from internal and external sources to provide insights to decision-makers.
• Describe tools, technologies, applications and practices used to collect, integrate, analyze, and present data.
• Make decisions regarding own work methods, occasionally in ambiguous situations, with minimal direction.
• Report to the Associate Director, Business Intelligence.
• Travel occasionally to Humana offices for training or meetings.
