Asurint seeks a Business Intelligence Engineer to deliver innovative BI solutions and reliable data marts to drive growth. You will create analytics platforms, improve data quality, and collaborate with IT and business partners to align data initiatives with business goals.

The role involves building queries, procedures, and views, maintaining documentation, and supporting BI systems while working remotely in the United States or at the Cleveland, OH headquarters.

Formación

• Bachelor’s degree in computer science, information technology, or related engineering field.
• 5–7 years of experience in BI/data engineering or equivalent.
• Experience with SQL, database concepts, and data modeling.
• Hands-on experience with ETL tools and data integration
• Knowledge of BigQuery, PostgreSQL, and Fivetran/DBT is preferred.
• Experience with BI tools (Power BI, Tableau, Sisense) and data visualization.

Responsabilidades

• Design, build, and deploy BI solutions for internal and external users.
• Identify data quality issues and resolve them promptly.
• Collaborate with IT and business partners on production support and roadmap initiatives.
• Provide support for operational systems using PostgreSQL, BigQuery, and BI tools.
• Create queries, stored procedures, and views as needed.
• Mentor peers and maintain BI/docs and mappings.
• Follow SDLC in development efforts and maintain BI documentation.
