Job summary

Serco is seeking a Mid-Level BI Developer in Bethesda, MD to design, develop, and sustain BI capabilities supporting mission systems and financial reporting. You will build BI reports and dashboards in Tableau, work with AWS services, and integrate data models while maintaining security and governance.

The role includes documentation, testing, deployment, and collaboration with an integrated technical team.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Computer Science or related field.
• 5 years of Business Intelligence development experience.
• An active interim or Secret security clearance.
• Experience developing, testing, deploying, and maintaining BI reports, dashboards, visualizations, and data models using Tableau.
• Experience supporting the installation, configuration, patching, upgrades, monitoring, troubleshooting, and operational sustainment of BI platforms and reporting environments.
• Ability to perform technical risk analysis, communicate findings clearly, and develop practical remediation recommendations.
• Ability to travel 10%.

Responsibilities

• Apply knowledge of AWS services such as EC2, S3, VPC, Lambda, RDS, CloudWatch.
• Develop BI reports and dashboards using Tableau and other tools.
• Design, develop, implement, and maintain applications and systems.
• Document, plan, and manage application activities.
