Job summary

AuraOne is seeking a remote BI Dashboards / Performance Reporting Evaluator to review model outputs against a versioned rubric. You will label edge cases, provide structured feedback, and help retrain the modeling team.

This independent contractor role requires strong attention to detail and the ability to write clear rationales for each assessment. Responsibilities include comparing paired responses, tagging unsafe content, and documenting recurring failure modes to improve future rubrics.

Qualifications

• Prior evaluation, annotation, or human-rater experience on BI dashboards / performance reporting evaluation or adjacent content.
• Clear written reasoning that names the issue and the rubric clause being applied.
• Reliable async availability for at least 10 hours per week.

Responsibilities

• Evaluate BI dashboards / performance reporting evaluation model outputs against a rubric and assign severity tags.
• Compare paired responses and select the stronger answer with a written rationale.
• Label hallucinations, instruction-following failures, and unsafe content with structured tags.
• Capture ambiguous prompts and route to the program team for rubric updates.
• Calibrate reviewer scores against gold-standard examples weekly.
• Document recurring failure modes for future training.
