Job summary

YO AI Labs is seeking a remote BI Analytics Expert to evaluate and improve AI-powered analytics workflows. You will review dashboards, KPIs, data visualizations, and lead BI platforms to provide accurate feedback that helps train next-generation AI systems.

The role involves validating data sources, metrics, and reporting logic, and testing AI agents like ChatGPT Work, Codex, and Claude Cowork in analytics workflows. Strong communication and attention to detail are essential.

Qualifications

Experience validating dashboards, reports, KPIs, and data visualizations.
Hands-on work building/validating dashboards and analytical workflows.
Strong knowledge of BI tools, SQL, data sources, and KPI reporting.
Experience using generative AI or AI agents in professional workflows.

Responsibilities

Review and validate dashboards, reports, KPIs, and data visualizations.
Build or refine dashboards using Power BI, Tableau, Looker, Qlik, Sigma, or Databricks.
Check data sources, calculations, metrics, and reporting logic for accuracy.
Evaluate KPI structures and analytical outputs for actionable business insights.
Test AI agents such as ChatGPT Work, Codex, and Claude Cowork in analytics workflows.
Identify errors, inconsistencies, and opportunities for improvement.
Document findings and provide structured feedback.
Evaluate BI integrations with tools such as Google Drive, Slack, Microsoft 365, SharePoint, and Salesforce.
